Happy New Year!
Wow two emails in one month? I know I know, this is a first. But this month I have been on fire to support you in starting this year empowered. There is no specific way on how that is supposed to look, but I hope to be able to guide you through it. I have chosen to support you with an interactive guide that will start with a reflection prompt, to a new years vision, and end with a word of intention for 2023🔥.
Ready to start? Perfect.
I always say you have to see where you are to know where you are going. The ego loves to identify with your current situations, but the spirit sees it as a starting point of where you are going. So before you start, take a deep breath, and make the decision to do this exercise from a higher perspective from what you normally operate from.
Take out your journal, whether you use it daily, or is collecting dust, or is brand new. Remove yourself from all distractions for about 30 minutes, and let's begin.
A year in review journal prompt
Beautiful.
Now to finish, here is a gift to you from my heart. A meditation that will lead you to envision what you just jotted down, and reveal to you the word that will anchor this vision down.
I hope this last newsletter of the year really supported you in starting your year in power. Feel free to share your word for 2023 with me, I would love to hear it!
May 2023 be a year full of blessings for you and yours. May the highs always overpower the lows, and a grateful heart remain in your soul.
God Bless 💗

In the past, I would indulge in mind-altering substances, like alcohol, to ease the discomfort....
Hey Reader! Are you excited by this title? Cause I know I am!! If you have a relationship with overwhelm, you typically fall into two categories. You either constantly feel on the edge of burnout, with a few breaks in between, or you constantly feel stuck, with little to no progress on the things you say you want to start doing. The key word here is "constantly" or "continuously", which means that these feelings of burnout or stagnancy are as regular as brushing your teeth. If you are in...
Reader, Perhaps you are in a place where you realize no matter how much you add to your skills, titles, bank, closet, etc. You are still experiencing a void. You are having a hard time connecting with your loved ones because you cannot even connect to yourself. You look around at your connections, both professionally and personally, and see that there is an emptiness that you experience with them. You take a look at your career or job and realize that there is a level of comfort it gives you...
